Welcome to the Verdict Productions Studio in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, NYC! Below are a few rules as well as a services and price list that will make our time together productive, creative and fun! Even if you are not in New York, we can create tracks for your Music. All projects require a non-refundable 50% deposit before work can begin.

Price Includes:
- Services of Producer, Engineer, Keyboard player, background vocal arranger, and instrumental arranger, Rod Clemmons

- Studio Time (up to 20 hours per song)

- Musical Arrangements

- Keyboard playing, programming, and orchestrating

- Live bass &/or guitar if necessary to the arrangement (* as provided by the producer)

- Background vocals if necessary to the arrangement (* as provided by the producer)

* Outside musicians &/or background vocalists brought to the project by the artist are the financial responsibility of the artist.

-Final Mixes (client takes home DAT studio masters & 2 CDs)

* additional CDs available upon request at $3.00 each.

No work can begin on the project without a deposit

RULES OF THE HOUSE

• All deposits are non-refundable. If you abandon your project you lose your deposit.
• No work on tracks or arrangements, etc. can begin until the deposit is received.
• If you choose to add more songs to a project in progress, a deposit equaling 50% of the upgraded package will be required.
• Once any one song has been mixed within any project as described in the package rates above, and the artist has approved the mix and taken it out of the studio as a CD, DAT, or any other mix down source, any changes or additional work requested on any part of that project or song will accrue additional charges according to the hourly rates on our service list.
• We will hold completed masters for 2 months and then will not be responsible for keeping them unless you have made a special arrangement with the producer.
